Hellooo and Welcome., My name is Herty.
I'm the creator and founder of Eat and Train Club.
I have created this club to inspire men and women of all ages to love the body they're in through a healthy balanced lifestyle.
By moving their current bodyweight with exercises that will improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength.,
Most importantly having a great relationship with food to get the right balanced nutrition.
In order to feel fitter, stronger, and more confident to go about the day without the fear of low energy or fatigue.
In this community, we believe the brain is a muscle and not to be ignored..., EVER!! .. We make mental health a priority too., By creating healthy habits that will help improve our current mental state.

The Eat and Train Club believes that the foundation of a healthy and fulfilling life is maintaining a balance between proper nutrition and physical activity. We recognize that our bodies are intricate systems that require regular care and attention to function at their best.
